As a person, and particularly as a leader, it is important to take care of yourself. Here are some tips and ideas to help you look after your own wellbeing:

Imagine everything positively
Make a plan of what you really want to achieve this year
Take the long-term view
Work out your core values
Strengthen important relationships
Reserve judgement about people you meet
Structure your day well
Speak positive affirmations to yourself
Step out of your comfort zone
Declutter your life
Be curious
Establish mutual expectations with others
